If you are unable to install JRE constantly, it may be one of the following reasons :

1. You are not allowed to install JRE due to insufficient privileges,
2. There may be a firewall or a anti-virus software on your PC, that is preventing JRE plugin change Windows registry appropriately,
3. There may be a proxy server which is preventing you to access Sun Micro's server to download JRE,
4. You may have an older version of Windows which needs to be restarted after installing a program.

Recommended solutions :
1. Make sure that you have Administrator privileges while you are logging on Windows,
2. Shutdown all other programs especially any firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spyware software while installing JRE,
3.1 Make sure that your proxy server permits downloading programs from the internet into your PC,
3.2 You can by-pass proxy server while downloading JRE, (once only when accessing the LMS the first time)
4. Restart Windows after installing JRE.
5. If these solutions don't work, please contact with your System Administrator.
